Specialist Medical Centre
A specialist medical centre is under construction at 2 Shenton Road, Claremont.
The site is one of the final undeveloped lots within the Claremont on the Park project, located adjacent to Claremont Train Station.
The proposed development has an approximate floor area of 4,900m².
Proposed uses include a day hospital, urgent care, pathology, pharmacy, dermatology services, and other specialist consulting rooms.
The proposal also includes a public plaza connecting to the Goods Shed.
Specialist Medical Centre and related Shenton Road closure
The Specialist Medical Centre has a lane closure as of 15 December 2025.
The westbound left lane is closed at the intersection of Davies Road and Shenton Road for the purpose of constructing a new specialist medical centre.
This includes closure of the southern footpath. However, westbound traffic will still be operational. The straight through and right turn will be shared from the right lane.
