The Town of Claremont is seeking Expressions of Interest from local Community Groups to operate a temporary parking station (car park) at Lake Claremont during the 2026 Royal Agricultural Show.

Community Groups seeking a fundraising opportunity.
What you'll need to provide
- A brief outline as to why the Town should choose your group/organisation.
- Details of the group/organisation and current contact information.
- Outline a brief parking management plan (how you propose to manage the car park).
- Demonstrate the ability to provide sufficient volunteers/staff to support operations during the event.
- Evidence of insurance.
