It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 (4B) of the Planning and Development Act 2005, that the Minister for Planning approved the Town of Claremont Local Planning Scheme No.3 - Amendment No.143 on 3 March 2026 (gazetted 1 May 2026) for the purpose of:
1. Implementing the State Government’s planning reforms for short-term rental accommodation (STRA).
