Standard Terms & Conditions

By entering any Town of Claremont promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Entrants must be 18 years or older.  

2. Town of Claremont Elected Members and Employees and their immediate family are not permitted to enter the competition and are ineligible for the prize/s.

3. The prize must be collected from the Town of Claremont Administration Office at 308 Stirling Highway, Claremont within 7 days and the prize winner must provide photo identification.

4. In the event the winner cannot be contacted or does not accept the prize within 14 days, an unclaimed prize draw will take place. 

5. The Town may cancel the promotion and not award the prize in circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

6. You agree to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media requests, including being interviewed and photographed.  The Winner agrees to the Town using the footage and photographs at their discretion.

7. The winner consents to the release of their name and picture on the Town’s website and social media channels.

8. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

9. Entrants agree that their email address will be added to the Town of Claremont’s database and signed up to marketing materials including e-newsletters from Town of Claremont.

Additional Conditions for Claremont Oval Markets - Survey Prize Draw 

For this prize draw, the extra conditions (in addition to the Standard Terms & Conditions) include:

1. There will be two (2) prize winners who will be selected from all eligible entrants to win one of the following prize packs:

Prize Pack 1: Claremont Local (valued $200)

• Claremont Quarter Voucher $100
• Lane Book Shop Voucher $50
• Moose Café Voucher $50

Prize Pack 2: Market Day Gift Park (valued $200) 

• An assortment of items from Claremont Oval Markets stalls

2. To be eligible for the prize, the entrant must complete the Claremont Oval Markets survey via Survey Monkey (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/claremontovalmarkets) and provide all requested details, including a name, valid email address and phone number.

3. Only one entry per person is permitted. Any additional entries will be disqualified.

4. The Town of Claremont must receive entries via Survey Monkey between 3.00pm AWST 8 November 2025 and 8pm AWST Monday 22 December 2025.

5. The winners will be drawn at random by a Town of Claremont representative on Tuesday 23 December 2025.

Additional terms & conditions for Claremont Luxe Christmas 

By entering the 'Claremont Luxe Christmas' promotion ("the Competition"), you agree to the following additional terms and conditions:

1. There will be six (6) prize winners who will be drawn from all eligible entrants.

The first winner drawn will receive $2000 to be spent in the Claremont Town Centre (CTC) and one (1) Claremont Quarter Styling Session valued at $180. 

The next five (5) winners drawn will receive one (1) of the below prize packs of vouchers to CTC businesses:

2. Entrants must complete all details in the online entry via Survey Monkey

3. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Any additional entries will be disqualified. 

4. Entries must be received by the Town of Claremont via the entry form between Monday November 17 08:00 AWST and Sunday December 7 23:59 AWST. 

5. The six (6) winners will be selected by a Town of Claremont representative on Monday December 8 and contacted via phone and email. 

6. In the event the winners cannot be contact or do not accept their prize by Monday December 15 2025 an unclaimed prize draw will take place on Tuesday December 16 2025. 

7. The first winner drawn receiving $2000 to be spent in the CTC must select up to five (5) CTC businesses* to spend this money at. Money will then be exchanged into vouchers at these businesses, to the value specified by the winner, totalling to $2000. The vouchers will be redeemed by a Town of Claremont representative on behalf of the winner.

 *The Claremont Town Centre area refers to business located within the area bordered by north of Stirling Highway, east of Stirling Road, south of Gugeri Street and west of Leura Avenue, including shops within Claremont Quarter, Bay View Terrace and Gugeri Street.
