Join us to hear from historian Dr Nonja Peter about the Dutch migrant children who were evacuated to Fairbridge Farm in Pinjarra following WWII.
Nonja will also share the story of Ella Bone, a Red Cross volunteer and Claremont resident, who supported these children as they rehabilitated and waited to be reunite with their families.
Ella went on to become a Wing Commander in the Royal Australian Air Force.
