Look out for our waste stations throughout the event. Rather than using traditional bins, we encourage you to bring your waste to our friendly waste team who will help sort it into the correct streams for recycling, composting and disposal.

You can also:

  • Bring a reusable water bottle and refill it for free
  • Recycle your 10c containers to support Good Sammy
  • Bring a low-waste picnic and avoid single-use plastics where possible

Together, we can make a big difference and help keep Carols in the Park a sustainable community event.

A digital copy of the lyric book will be up soon.

ACROD parking

The Council's administration car park building will be closed to the public; however, a limited number of bays will be available for ACROD permit holders and/or those with mobility issues.

Toilets

There will be two portaloo blocks, including one accessible toilet, within the main event area.

The toilet block (1x male, 1x female and 1x accessible toilet) along Stirling Highway will be open for this event.

Lost children wristbands

If you are concerned about losing your child/children at the event, please visit the Town of Claremont marquee to collect a lost children wristband.
