Project Details
This project involves the construction of a 16-storey tower with a 4-level basement on Church Lane in The Town of Claremont.
Approval for a mixed-use development was granted by the West Australian Planning Commission on 1 June 2023 (issued 15 June 2023) & 28 October 2024 (SAT Reconsideration).
Church Lane Partial Closure
Approval has been granted for the closure of the northbound lane of Church Lane to enable Mettris Construction to safely carry out works at 22 St Quentin Avenue. The closure shall commence on Monday 2nd March 2026 and is expected to remain in place until November 2028.
In addition, a temporary footpath shall be installed once piling is complete estimated around mid April – May 2026.
No significant impacts to the surrounding road network are anticipated.
