Land: Lot 300 on Deposited Plan 45313 being the whole of the land in Certificate of Title Volume LR3138 Folio 651.
Lessee: Synicast Pty Ltd ACN 614 983 461
Lease Term: Initial Two (2) years with subsequent first option term of six (6) months and second option term of six (6) months.
Market Rent Valuation: $219,000.00 per annum (plus GST)
Proposed Rent: $200,000.00 per annum (plus GST)
