For the first time, the Town will collaborate with other local governments and the Western Australian Local Government Association (WALGA) for the well-known festival that aims to unite all Western Australians to celebrate trees, biodiversity, wildlife and the outdoors.

There will also be nature and sustainability focused activations to learn about and engage with our local environmental organisations.

12 April

8am - 10am

Community volunteer organisation Friends of Lake Claremont host a monthly busy bee every second Sunday of each month. A morning tea will follow, giving volunteers a chance to chat, connect and unwind from a busy morning.

9 May

3.30pm - 5.30pm

This event has been rescheduled from September and will feature a performance by Yirra Yaakin Theatre Company who will perform Djinda Kaatijin (to understand stars), which is a collection of short Dreaming stories of various countries around the world.
