NAIDOC Week 2022

Contact: 9285 4300
Time:03 Jul 2022 - 10 Jul 2022 All day

NAIDOC week is a national celebration that runs from 3-10 July 2022.

The theme for this year is Get Up! Stand Up! Show up! It invites all Australians to amplify the voices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to narrow the gap between aspiration and reality, good intent and outcome.

This year, the Town will be celebrating NAIDOC week with a range of events to acknowledge the past owners of the land, and the aboriginal histories of our community. From story time readings for the children through to Noongar language sessions, there is something for everyone on the week's event calendar.
