Plastic Free July Recycled Box Village Drop-in Monday 11 July - Saturday 16 July 2022 Can’t make it to the Recycled Box Village session on Monday 11 July, but you’d love to participate in the creation of our Bookshelf Village?  No problem!  Make a building, village feature (like a bridge) or vehicle, bring it in to the library, and we will add it in.  So that your creation fits in properly, please follow these guidelines:
  • Buildings should be no bigger than an average book (approx. 18 x 12 cm)
  • Should be made from recycled cardboard (e.g., a tissue box).
  • Use coloured paper or other recyclable materials for decoration
  • Please do not use sticky tape, adhesive film or other plastics!
  • You are welcome to use washi paper tape, paint, textas, crayons, etc. to brighten up your building.
We can’t wait to see what you can make!
