Water Aerobics Water aerobics is a fun and enjoyable way to get fit and look good. Deep water aerobics, using a buoyancy belt is an ideal way for people of all fitness levels and abilities to exercise as there is minimal impact on the body. Bring your friends along and have a cup of coffee afterwards!
