Dolphins Water Polo Club
The Dolphins Water Polo Club migrated to the Claremont Pool in 1971. Since that time,
the Dolphins has become a highly successful water polo club, with individuals as well
as teams achieving national and international recognition. The Dolphins offer a range
of grades to suit all ages and abilities including Men and Women's competitions, Junior
waterpolo for high school children and Flippaball for primary aged children. For further

Wellbeings
Carol Hughes is the founder and principal coach of the Wellbeings men and women’s x-training programme.
Wellbeings coaches will work with you to develop your technique and condition in the disciplines

Every Tuesday
and Thursday (come rain or shine!) from 9.30am to 10.30am. This session is a
great chance to work on your technique and fitness in a smaller group
environment with typical session length being 1.4 to 2.0km.
