Electors' Meeting Minutes

An Annual Meeting of Electors is held each year after the adoption of the Town's Annual Report (usually around November/December). The meeting's purpose is to discuss the contents of the previous financial year's Annual Report and any other general business. Details are provided on the highlights of the previous financial year in terms of work and projects completed, and the Town's financial position is summarised.
